Somewhere back in the broadcast this year, someone asked me if I had painted a self-portrait. I mentioned that I had not done one in decades, and that it was probably time to do so.

So I promised to do one for my 52nd birthday, June 16, 2009.

So, that's what I did for my birthday.

In the mix, at least the first day of three, is my daughter singing a couple of times, and my birthday dance at the end of day 1 (replayed in a separate clip as the last clip of the set — scroll down the list).

Any resemblance between me and a complete fool is steadily improving.
